CYBERQUIP’s advanced soil interaction models allow the instructor to specify its properties, requiring the excavator operator to exercise correct digging techniques for the local terrain type in order to obtain efficient bucket fill factors.

Virtual Construction World

CYBERQUIP Digger Simulators are delivered with a highly realistic, 3D operating construction world, complete with automated dump trucks, bulldozers and other such equipment in support of the excavator operator training and evaluation process.

Training and Evaluation Tools

CYBERQUIP Excavator Simulator exercises may be configured to address various training requirements such as: trench digging, pipe laying, battering and dump truck loading. To further complement the training exercise, the instructor has the capability of selecting various soil types, weather conditions, day/ night operations, automated haul truck behaviour patterns, sub-system failures and advanced emergency situations.

The excavator operator’s dig, swing, dump and return phases are continually monitored and recorded for each pass, together with adherence to safety procedures, correct equipment handling techniques and response to emergency situations and failures.
