Construction Excavator Simulators
CYBERQUIP Excavator Simulators train and evaluate construction operators in accurate digging and loading techniques and correct propulsion methods.
Excavators form the backbone of many construction sites around the world with many contractors relying on their unique abilities to complete various tasks to precise requirements. Highly trained excavator operators are therefore essential at any construction site. With this in mind the CYBERQUIP range of excavator simulators and digger simulators, apply state-of-the-art technologies to instil safety of operation and attain consistently high levels of efficiency in operators of this type of earth moving equipment.
CYBERQUIP Excavator Simulators are configurable to support various excavator operator training requirements. They are designed to train, re-train and evaluate correct digging and loading techniques and propulsion methods. Excavator operators are exposed to various training tasks such as trench digging, pipe laying and dump truck loading.
Accurate Vehicle Replication
All simulated excavator behavioural dynamics are based on detailed mathematical models that use equipment manufacturer specifications to provide accurate behavioural realism. CYBERQUIP’s advanced soil interaction models allow the instructor to specify its properties, requiring the excavator operator to exercise correct digging techniques for the local terrain type in order to obtain efficient bucket fill factors.
Virtual Construction World
CYBERQUIP Digger Simulators are delivered with a highly realistic, 3D operating construction world, complete with automated dump trucks, bulldozers and other such equipment in support of the excavator operator training and evaluation process.
Training and Evaluation Tools
CYBERQUIP Excavator Simulator exercises may be configured to address various training requirements such as: trench digging, pipe laying, battering and dump truck loading. To further complement the training exercise, the instructor has the capability of selecting various soil types, weather conditions, day/ night operations, automated haul truck behaviour patterns, sub-system failures and advanced emergency situations.
The excavator operator’s dig, swing, dump and return phases are continually monitored and recorded for each pass, together with adherence to safety procedures, correct equipment handling techniques and response to emergency situations and failures. The resultant performance reports together with the instructor’s after-action review capability provide a complete training and evaluation system.
CYBERQUIP Excavator Simulators provide an excellent training and evaluation tool for operators of this type of earth moving equipment in order to optimise safety and improve productivity.
