CYBERMINE Full Mission Mining Simulators are the most realistic and effective way to train safe and productive equipment operators.
The containerised CYBERMINE mining simulation system intended for customers with little or no established training infrastructure, or those seeking to move their systems from time to time. The simulator is housed in a 6m ISO container which is insulated, air-conditioned, heated and protected against the elements. The professionally designed and well-appointed interior creates a self-contained learning environment able to operate with the bare minimum of services and infrastructure, delivering cutting edge training to the operational front line.
The Fixed-Facility CYBERMINE mining simulator system is intended for more established customers and designed to be deployed into existing classrooms. The simulator offers all the features and capabilities of the containerised version, in a lighter, compact package.

The cornerstone of the CYBERMINE 6 simulation experience is our panoramic ultra-high-definition 3D graphics, rendering photo-realistic virtual mine worlds and provide crisper, smoother, more vibrant images for enhanced operator immersion.
SOUND
Feel the machine come alive
Engines rumbling through your seat, drill percussion you can feel, swing motors humming, and buckets gouging the earth add an essential layer of sensory immersion. By incorporating these sound effects accurately into the simulation experience, operators can learn the sensory cues, that so often inform subliminal response and ultimately drive productivity.
Five satellite speakers and a sub-woofer provide the audio cues to realistically simulate the sounds emanating from the various sub-systems and external sources such as simulated mining equipment operating in the vicinity.

Military-grade motion feedback system
Our unique and proprietary motion feedback systems have been refined over decades of development and thousands of hours of rigorous testing. Proven in the toughest environments, they’re trusted by leading organisations across the mining, military, airport, and construction sectors to provide trainees with the most realistic motion feedback available in the industry.
With advanced 6 Degrees of Freedom (6 DoF) motion technology, our surface mining simulators deliver a true-to-life experience that mirrors every real-world vehicle movement, from lateral shifts and rotation to complex, multi-axis dynamics. This precision is vital for accurately simulating heavy equipment such as haul trucks, excavators, shovels, ADTs, and draglines, where multiple motions occur simultaneously. Only 6 DoF motion systems are able to precisely reproduce complex dynamics such as driving over uneven terrain, heavy cornering, sliding or skidding under load and rotating carriages. Â
The more natural, responsive, and lifelike the motion cues, the greater the trainee’s immersion. Resulting in improved skill transfer to real-world operations and a reduced risk of motion sickness.
INSTRUCTOR STATION
Mission control for training
The instructor station acts as the nerve centre of the CYBERMINE simulator system, controlling functions such as power reticulation, lighting, HVAC, audio, and training session management.
Two swivel-mounted, HD display monitors offer the instructor an optimal vantage point during training sessions. These screens enable concurrent management of the training scenario and 3D ‘live view’ monitoring capability. Additionally, the monitors can be positioned to allow the student to view after-action replays or receive in-session coaching.
SCENARIO PLANNING AND CONTROL

The CYBERMINE Simulator Manager gives the instructor a high degree of system control. Every training session can be viewed and controlled in real time via the Instructor Station, as well as thoroughly analysed post session with the After-Action Review system.

CYBERMINE simulator cabs are highly realistic replicas of the actual mining equipment, where instruments and controls look, feel and operate as they do in the real machine. Electronic steering feedback systems complement the realism of the driving experience, providing return-to-centre and traction feedback along with the sensation of tyre-ground interaction.
High quality replicated and OEM components are used wherever possible to ensure seamless operator acclimatisation, optimal training benefit and transfer of skills to the real-world.
SIMULATOR CAB INTERCHANGEABILITY
Every CYBERMINE simulator cab is modular by design and easily detached from the motion platform and swapped for another mining simulator cab within minutes. This interchangeable architecture means a single base unit can support multiple equipment types without duplicating base unit costs. As your fleet or training requirements grow, additional cabs can be integrated with your existing simulator infrastructure, providing scalable expansion of training capability while minimising capital costs and maximising return on investment.

Custom 3D virtual mine worlds for the best training experience
CYBERMINE simulators incorporate highly detailed 3D virtual mine worlds to offer trainees the most realistic and immersive training experience possible. Take your training a step further with a custom own mine world which accurately replicates the unique characteristics and operating procedures of your mine site.
Surface mine worlds may include haulage roads, workshops, refuelling stations, wash-bays, crushers, stockpiles, parking bays, waste dump areas and various shovel and excavator loading zones to support the training process.
Underground mine worlds may be customised to include your site operating procedures and replicate the unique features of your mine including AI controlled vehicles and miners, load and haul tunnels, access ramps, brake test areas, workshops, loading bays, crushers, and drill faces and bolting areas of varying complexities.
